  • This shape was named for the fact that its crown and brim are hard and flat, making a "kankan" sound when tapped. Its retro form can be enjoyed even with traditional Japanese clothing like kimonos.

  • Ribbons are sourced from a domestic manufacturer and use "Mokuba" brand ribbons, which are also used by famous overseas brands. We selected 10 colors that perfectly complement the hats from their range of high-quality ribbons.

About the materials

The hat is made from highly breathable wheat braid. It cannot be folded as the hat itself has been stiffened, but it is a functional and excellent material for sun protection.

    Using a measuring tape, measure around your head from your hairline to the most prominent part of the back of your head. As a general guide, choose a hat size that is 5mm to 1cm larger than your measurement.
