BASIC: Wheat braid cancan hat Features

  • This shape is named after the fact that the crown and brim are hard and flat, and make a "clanking" sound when tapped. Its retro form can be enjoyed even with traditional Japanese clothing such as kimonos.

  • The ribbons we use are from "Mokuba," a domestic manufacturer also used by famous international brands. We've selected 10 colors of high-quality ribbons that complement the hats.

About the materials

The material used is natural, breathable wheat straw.

We use highly breathable wheat straw to make the braid. Although the hat cannot be folded because the hat itself is stiff, it is a functional material that is excellent for sun protection.

All hats are unisex and can be worn by anyone, provided the size is appropriate. Essentially, each product is designed to be unisex.

  • How to measure your head size

    Using a tape measure, measure around your head from your hairline to the most prominent part of the back of your head. As a guide, the hat size should be 5mm to 1cm larger than the measurement you took.

    The fit and feel of the hat will vary depending on its design. Please note that there may be individual differences as each item is handmade.
