How to Order
Find Products
There are two types of products: BASIC (ready-made) and BASIC with customizable "Petit Customization" options.
Once you find the product you want, please check the details on the product page. On the details page, if you wish to customize, select your desired color, brim length, head circumference size, presence/absence of charm, and ribbon color, then click "Add to cart" or "Buy it now."
Your order details will be displayed on the "Cart" page. If you wish to continue ordering other products, click "Continue shopping." After confirming your order, click "Proceed to checkout." If you want to remove an item from your cart, click the "trash can icon."
Enter Shipping Address and Payment Method
Please enter your shipping address and other information. After entering, click the "Proceed to shipping method selection" button and select your shipping method. Then, click "Proceed to payment" and enter your payment method details.
Display of "Order Complete" Page and Sending of Order Confirmation Email
After completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been successfully submitted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the information below.

About Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Google Pay.
Credit Card Payment
Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB are accepted.
You can pay by entering your credit card information (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, number of installments) when placing your order.
Number of Installments
Number of installments: 1 time only
- The withdrawal date for credit card payments will be the withdrawal date based on the membership agreement of each credit card company.
Please note that payment will be processed when we confirm your order. Please be aware that the order date and payment date are not necessarily the same.
Amazon Pay
This service allows you to pay for products and services using the payment methods and address information registered in your Amazon account.
- An Amazon account is required for use.
The following four payment methods can be used with Amazon Pay:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Prepaid card
- Amazon Gift Card
Apple Pay
This system allows you to easily shop using the address and payment information registered in your Apple ID account.
- You will be asked to authenticate Apple Pay just before confirming your order.
- Cards that can be used with Apple Pay vary depending on the issuing company.
- For details, please check the Apple website from "How to pay with Apple Pay."
Shop Pay
This is a payment service provided by Shopify. If you register your email address and mobile phone number with Shop Pay, the next time you make a purchase, you can easily pay without re-entering your shipping address or credit card information by simply entering the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS authentication) sent to your email address and mobile phone number.
Google Pay
This system allows you to shop using the address and payment information registered in your Google Pay account.
- During our busy season (January to April), shipping may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays, and Obon are holidays, so shipping arrangements will be made from the next business day. Also, the shipping carrier is Japan Post only and cannot be chosen.
Shipping Notification
When your product is shipped, we will notify you via a "Shipping Confirmation Email." In the unlikely event that your product does not arrive within one week from the shipping notification date, please contact us via the inquiry form.
About Packaging
We do not offer a service to combine multiple orders into one package. We appreciate your understanding.

The color of the actual product may differ from the photos displayed depending on your viewing environment.
About Petit Customization
Brim length, head circumference size, presence/absence of charm, and ribbon color can be changed. Petit customized products will be created from the next business day after the order date and shipped once completed.
- For ready-made products (no customization), shipping within 7 business days.
- For petit customization, shipping within 1 month.
