Daily Care (If you care for it yourself)
If it gets sweaty
The sweatband area tends to get dirty easily, so please clean it soon after use. Take a towel, wring it out tightly, and gently tap the sweatband area as if you were removing a stain to dislodge the dirt. Afterward, dry it in the shade as described in the storage instructions ("陰干し" - drying in the shade away from direct sunlight).
- Please do not dry it quickly with a hairdryer or similar, as this may cause deformation or damage.
If it gets wet
If your hat gets wet from rain or other sources, we recommend reshaping it and drying it slowly in the shade. Please note that strong friction during wear, or strong friction while the hat is damp from water or sweat, may cause color transfer to other items.
If it's lightly soiled
Natural materials (straw, raffia braid)
Gently rub with an eraser to remove the dirt. Regularly brushing with a clothes brush to remove dust is also effective. Applying strong friction forcefully may cause damage.
Other materials (paper braid)
Wipe off dirt with a dry cloth. Regularly brushing with a clothes brush to remove dust is also effective. Never wipe forcefully.

- Sweatband Replacement From 3,300 yen
- *A sweatband is the tape sewn around the inner brim of a hat to absorb sweat.
- Decorative Ribbon Replacement From 2,200 yen
- Only for hats with ribbons, you can change to a different ribbon.
- Hat Stiffening Treatment From 3,300 yen
- If your hat has become soft and you want to restore its stiffness, a stiffening treatment is available.
- Reshaping From 3,300 yen
- If the hat has lost its shape, we can reshape it using a mold.
- Braid Fray Repair From 2,200 yen
- If the threads holding the hat together have frayed, causing a hole, we will repair the frayed area.
- Separate shipping and cash-on-delivery fees will apply.
